Craig Eckstrom
Before founding SalesDiagnostics, Craig Eckstrom was the Practice Leader of the sales management division at Performance Management Inc., a Connecticut-based management consulting firm. In this role, Craig consistently delivered improvements to clients' sales performance and marketing effectiveness.
Through his 20 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience, Craig has developed a set of proven tools and approaches to developing high performance and results-oriented sales and marketing teams. Craig has helped many clients define and meet the most critical challenges associated with launching new products and services -- from developing product positioning and marketing messages to ensuring the most effective and efficient sales automation and reporting systems are in place.
Craig's prior experience also includes his role as Chief Sales Officer of EmployeeMatters, an early stage Internet Business Service that provided out-sourced employee administration services (payroll, benefits, 401K and HRIS) to small and mid size companies. EmployeeMatters was acquired by Intuit Corporation. Before EmployeeMatters, Craig was Senior VP of Sales at CheckFree Corporation, the recognized leader in electronic billing and payment systems. Craig led CheckFree's entry into the E-Billing industry by building the national sales team, strategy and systems that led to CheckFree's leadership position in the EBPP industry and subsequent acquisitions of TransPoint (joint venture of Microsoft and FDC) and Bluegill Technologies (a leading E-Billing software provider). Prior to CheckFree, Craig held several key management positions during his 15 year career at American Express Company which included building and developing the national sales team for the launch of the American Express Corporate Purchasing Card and directing sales offices in Los Angeles, Detroit and New York City.
Craig is a graduate of Westminster College with a BA in Business Administration.
Randy Pitluck
Randy Pitluck's professional experience spans 16 years and several different industries including electronic commerce technology, financial services, management consulting and personnel recruiting.
Recently, Randy served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for CheckFree's Western U.S. E-Commerce operations. Over a four-year period, Randy established a continuous sales improvement program that incorporated prospect and customer feedback, best practices, and regular "sales force audits". The program led to his talented sales team achieving an extraordinary 90% market share for CheckFree in the electronic payment space. Randy's professional career also includes nine years with American Express Corporation in their merchant sales division managing sales and marketing efforts where he first discovered the power of objective prospect and customer feedback and began incorporating this feedback into his teams' sales and marketing objectives, plans and incentive systems.
Randy is also a certified management level recruiter and previous owner of the Management Recruiters International (MRI) office in West Los Angeles California. It is here that he established "human resource audit" programs that allowed his clients to effectively match the needs of their business to the skills of their professionals.
Randy is a graduate of California State University Northridge with a BA in Business Administration.

Lori Massad has over 13 years of experience in helping companies create and sustain competitive advantage. Lori is currently an Executive Management Consultant, helping CEOs address their most critical business strategy issues, from strategic repositioning to developing capabilities and tactics that ensure the successful implementation of a chosen strategy. Lori's consulting experience ranges from advising Fortune 50 to internet start-up companies, with a primary focus on business-to-business industries.
Lori previously served as VP of Business Development of Spencer Stuart Talent Network, the middle market subsidiary of Spencer Stuart, a leading global provider of executive search and human capital consulting services. In this role, Lori served as a key member of the executive team leading the effort to quickly establish partnerships and alliances that accelerated the business development and service execution of this start-up business. Lori was also Chief Product Officer and a founding member of the executive team of EmployeeMatters, a company that provides outsourced internet-based employee administration services (payroll, HRIS, benefits, etc.) to small businesses. Lori played a critical role in developing the business from concept into a successful enterprise and ultimately into an attractive sale to Intuit. Prior to EmployeeMatters, Lori was a Senior Manager of The Boston Consulting Group where she advised senior management of Fortune 500 companies regarding corporate and business strategy, and operational and organizational effectiveness.
Lori has also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University's Leonard Stern School of Business, teaching graduate level courses including Competitive Analysis and The Fundamentals of Management Consulting. Her early professional experience includes rapid promotion through increasingly responsible positions with J.P. Morgan & Co., Incorporated.
Lori is a graduate of University of Delaware with a BA in Business Administration. She also holds an MBA degree from Harvard Business School.

Bill Davis
Davis Research was founded in 1970. Over the past 32 years, the company has grown to become one of the largest research facilities in the Los Angeles area. There are 45 full time research professionals on staff, many of whom have been with Davis Research for 10 years, and several who have been with the company for over 20 years.
The Davis Research company motto is to deliver "The Davis Difference" on every study handled. This is accomplished through a company-wide commitment to employ high quality processes with the most innovative technologies and deliver reliable, on-target and actionable information.
Bill Davis serves as the CEO of Davis Research. Prior to joining the company in 1997, Bill spent four years with J.D. Power and Associates. During this time, Bill was responsible for account supervision, marketing and research design. Bill's primary responsibilities were to help quality conscious clients design surveys to reach their internal goals, assist them with their survey analysis and create actionable reports. Bill's experience at J.D. Power included work on syndicated research (survey the entire industry) as well as proprietary research (done exclusively for one client). Mercedes-Benz, Toyota and the L.A. Dodgers are three clients that Bill has helped achieve their goals.
Bill holds a Business Administration degree from the University of Southern California, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine University.
